Once we perform a network evaluation, we will recommend an appropriate IT support plan taking into consideration your specific needs and plans. If you do not wish to use a plan, you can always use our services 'ala carte' or by the hour, though you can save immensely by using a plan.

Using our IT Support Plans, we can either augment your existing IT department or serve as your complete IT department. Monthly Summary Report- Along with your monthly invoice, you will receive a detailed Monthly Service Report (MSR) listing everything ITA has done for you in the preceding month, including any hardware/software pass-through costs, or data center services.
Priority Service & 24/7 Emergency Support- This level of response ensures that you would receive service priority over all other non-platinum clients for otherwise equal severity issues, including 24/7 response for emergency issues depending upon available manpower.
Anti-Virus Licenses Provided- ITA will pay for 25 of your annual anti-virus licenses. Additional licenses are $30/device/year.
Monitoring & Remote Support Service- ITA will monitor the health of Windows or Mac systems using our remote support software. If we are alerted to issues, we can then often correct the issues before the end user is even aware of them. Additional systems are $2/system/month.
Anti-Spam Service- We provide excellent anti-spam protection for your email users. Additional accounts are $2/account/month.
Professional Off-Site Backup Services- We install advanced backup software on your system(s) to back-up mission critical data to our secure data center to ensure that if anything happens to your office or your data, that you can be back up and running quickly. Your data can be encrypted so that even we cannot access it. Additionally our backup data is replicated to another secure facility.
Included On-Site Support Service- This includes any time we spend at your premises (or any other location we travel to) including, but not limited to, time spent providing computer / network support services, troubleshooting, or consulting within our service area (ask your Account Executive for service area boundaries). Travel time for traveling outside of our service area is billed as on-site time at 50% of the actual travel time, plus any other travel expenses such as tolls, hotels, meals, etc. Normally, this rate for those not subscribed to one of our support plans, is $130 per hour. Included hours are those included in your plan, and any hours in excess of that amount are at the specified discounted rate. Billing for on-site services rendered within the City of Evansville require a minimum of a half-hour on-site, while services rendered outside of the City of Evansville require a minimum of an hour on-site.
Included Off-Site Support- This includes any time we spend providing support or consulting services via telephone, over the Internet, via email, or any other means that does not require us to travel. Normally, this rate for those not subscribed to one of our support plans, is $130 per hour. Included hours are those included in your plan, and any hours in excess of that amount are at the specified discounted rate. For those who utilize our co-location services, service to customer equipment or systems located in our data center is considered off-site support.
* Note that the additional hourly rate is a discounted rate that applies only if you exceed your monthly allotment. (Billed in quarter-hour increments.)
